Molten Dulce de Leche Cake
The Molten Dulce de Leche Cake is a version of the French "moelleux au chocolat". Creamy and moist on the inside, it is the ultimate dessert for a nice dinner. The "dulce de leche repostero" is a dulce de leche that is more consistent, dense and firm, perfect to cover cakes.
Preheat the oven to <temperature>180<unit>°C</unit></temperature>
Grease and flour 6 individual flan molds
Place <quantity>400<unit>g</unit></quantity> of dulce de leche repostero in a large bowl. Add <quantity>2</quantity> egg yolks and <quantity>2</quantity>eggs
Add <quantity>1<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of cognac
Whisk until you obtain a smooth mixture
Sift <quantity>40<unit>g</unit></quantity> of all-purpose flour directly into the batter and fold in until completely incorporated
Divide the mixture among the flan molds
Bake for 7m until set
Unmold while still warm and sprinkle with powdered sugar. The molten dulce de leche cake is ready
