Nuts & Seeds Bread
This is a delicious gluten free bread, full of flavors and textures. It can be eaten pure, with fresh butter or your favorite spread! It can be served from breakfast to dinner—and it’s also freezable.
Preheat the oven to <temperature>160<unit>°C</unit></temperature>
Add <quantity>100<unit>g</unit></quantity> of pecan nuts, <quantity>100<unit>g</unit></quantity> of laminated almonds, and <quantity>100<unit>g</unit></quantity> of unsalted pumpkin seeds to a bowl
Add <quantity>50<unit>g</unit></quantity> of yellow flaxseeds, <quantity>100<unit>g</unit></quantity> of sunflower seeds, and <quantity>50<unit>g</unit></quantity> of flaxseeds
Add <quantity>250<unit>g</unit></quantity> of eggs
Add <quantity>100<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of vegetable oil and <quantity>1<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of dried tarragon
Add <quantity>1<unit>tsp</unit></quantity> of flaky salt and mix it
Grease a bread pan with vegetable oil and line with parchment paper
Transfer the batter to the pan
Bake the bread for 20-30m until golden brown
Let it cool down to room temperature and remove the bread from the pan
