In this technique we will teach you how to easily cut those perfect citrus slices with no core or membrane.
Orange supremes are perfect for complementing many dishes that you would like to add some sweetness and acidity, such as salads, ceviches and various desserts!
Cut off 1 cm from the top and bottom of 1 orange. Place one of the cuts facing down and cut around the edges, making sure to remove as much as the white parts as you can
Cut in between each white membrane to remove the orange wedges. Make sure the cuts between the membranes reach each other before hitting the core
The orange supremes are ready!
