Add <quantity>35<unit>g</unit></quantity> of citric acid powder
Add <quantity>40<unit>g</unit></quantity> of palo santo
Simmer for 40m to infuse. Turn off heat and allow to cool
Transfer to a bottle. The palo santo cordial is ready
