Panettoni
We will take the Negroni as a base and infuse it with a Christmas dessert, the panettone. A surprising mix!
Place <quantity>60<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of gin and <quantity>60<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of red vermouth in a container
Add <quantity>60<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of Campari and soak <quantity>60<unit>g</unit></quantity> of a piece of panettone in the mixture
Cover with cling film and let it rest 24h in the refrigerator to infuse
Set up a recipient with a sieve and a kitchen towel or a coffee filter
Filter the negroni base
Fill a mixing glass with ice and stir to chill
Add <quantity>67.5<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of the negroni base and <quantity>7.5<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of fernet
Stir vigorously for 25s until the drink is chilled
Strain directly into an old-fashioned glass with a clear ice and garnish with 2 raisins in a toothpick. The panettoni is ready
