The perfect dressing for your meats!

Pennyroyal & Nduja Chimichurri also pairs nicely with poultries, fishes, and vegetables. It also works well as a salad dressing!

  • Add 4 pennyroyal leaves and 2 garlic cloves to a food processor

    Step 0
  • Add 1 tbsp of nduja and 1 bunch of parsley

    Step 1
  • Add ¼ cup of rice wine vinegar and ½ cup of extra virgin olive oil

    Step 2
  • Pulse on high speed until almost smooth. Transfer it to a container

    Step 3
  • Add salt to taste and stir to combine. Add more extra virgin olive oil to taste while mixing until fully incorporated

    Step 4
  • Add red chili flakes to taste and mix to combine. The pennyroyal & nduja chimichurri is ready

    Step 5
  • Enjoy! It goes really well with grilled meats, poultries, fishes, and vegetables. It also works well as a salad dressing.
