Member of the breakfast culture. It's so easy to make such amazing scrambled eggs but so hard to find! That was my inspiration. It's perfect to enjoy it on a toast and with a hot cup of filtered coffee.

Perfect Scrambled Eggs

Break 3 farm eggs in a bowl
Beat them thoroughly, until well combined, for about 45 seconds
Add a generous pinch of salt
Whisk in the salt well
Add 2tablespoons of high quality butter in a non-stick pan over low heat
Slowly melt it
Add beaten eggs
Stir the eggs constantly, to cook evenly until waxy melty consistency
The eggs are ready, pour over toast and enjoy!
