Pickling brine is a simple recipe, perfect for preserving various ingredients, such as onions, cucumbers, radishes, apples, and even mustard seeds!
Be creative and make your own pickles.
Apple cider vinegar can be substituted by white wine vinegar.
Add 100 g of water and 100 g of sugar to a saucepan
Turn the heat on to medium-low and bring it to a boil until the sugar is completely dissolved. Use a whisk to help on the process
Once it starts boiling, remove from the heat and add 100 g of apple cider vinegar. Whisk to combine. The pickling brine is ready
