Pistachio Milk
A delicious milk that enhances the nutty flavors of the pistachio and can be enjoyed on its own or in cocktails.
Add <quantity>½<unit>cup</unit></quantity> of overnight soaked pistachios to a blender
Add <quantity>2<unit>cups</unit></quantity> of water
Blend on highest speed until smooth. Strain into a tall container through a cheesecloth or fine-mesh sieve
Scrape the sieve with a spoon to extract the liquid. The pistachio milk is ready
