Pomegranate & Blood Orange Syrup
A bright syrup used in the Petrichor cocktail. Versatile and amazing to add a sweet and sour touch to your drinks!
Place 200ml of pomegranate juice and 260g of white sugar in a saucepan
Bring to a boil and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved
Add 2tsp of blood orange loose tea and stir. Turn of the heat
Strain once it gets room temperature. The pomegranate & blood orange syrup is ready
Enhance your drinks with this syrup. Enjoy!
