Pomegranate & Blood Orange Syrup
A bright syrup used in the Petrichor cocktail. Versatile and amazing to add a sweet and sour touch to your drinks!
Place <quantity>200<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of pomegranate juice and <quantity>260<unit>g</unit></quantity> of white sugar in a saucepan
Bring to a boil and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved
Add <quantity>2<unit>tsp</unit></quantity> of blood orange loose tea and stir. Turn of the heat
Strain once it gets room temperature. The pomegranate & blood orange syrup is ready
