Porto Tonic
A refreshing cocktail made with white Port wine, tonic water, and garnished with citrus and herbs. It's a popular drink, especially in Portugal, where it's often enjoyed as an aperitif.
Fill half of a wine glass with ice cubes. Thread a slice of lemon onto a skewer and place in the glass
Add mint leaves to taste and <quantity>50<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of white Port wine
Top up with tonic water and stir to combine. The Porto tonic is ready
