A balanced filtered coffee that is easy to drink.
Bring <quantity>350<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of water to a soft boil or to <temperature>96<unit>°C</unit></temperature>
Set a coffee filter in the coffee dripper
Evenly wet the filter with hot water to remove the paper taste. Discard the water
Place <quantity>20<unit>g</unit></quantity> of medium grind coffee into the filter
Pour <quantity>60<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of the water at <temperature>96<unit>°C</unit></temperature> to moisten the coffee
Pour <quantity>150<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of the water in circular movements. Let it drip for 1m
Pour the remaining <quantity>90<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of water. Let it drip for 1m
Serve. The coffee is brewed
