Pour Over Filter Coffee Brewing
A coffee based on Brazilian popular culture, mainly in the Minas Gerais region. It has a higher concentration of coffee than most countries practice. An excellent recipe for full-bodied coffees with chocolatey notes, like Jetiboca coffees.
Set a coffee filter in a coffee dripper, evenly wet it with hot water, and discard the excess water
Add <quantity>100<unit>g</unit></quantity> of ground coffee to the filter and tilt the coffee dripper to create an even layer
Pour <quantity>250<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of hot water in circular movements and let it drip for 1m. Repeat this process three more times
Remove the coffee dripper and the filter. The coffee is brewed
