Roasted Garlic Aioli
Aioli is a type of sauce or condiment that originated in Mediterranean cuisine. Very simple to make, using mayonnaise as a base. A tasty sauce for roasted and grilled meats, in particular roasted chicken. Can also be used as a great addition to your favorite dip or dressing. Why not make your own mayonnaise? Peel <quantity>6</quantity> garlic cloves
Smash the garlic cloves
Add <quantity>1<unit>cup</unit></quantity> of extra virgin olive oil to a pot on high heat
Add smashed garlic when oil starts to simmer. Turn heat down to medium
Stir fry the garlic until golden brown
Remove from heat and pour into a bowl to cool. The roasted garlic in oil is ready
Add <quantity>1<unit>cup</unit></quantity> of mayonnaise to the hand blender beaker
Add <quantity>3</quantity> roasted garlic pieces and <quantity>1<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of the roasted garlic oil
Blend until homogeneous. The Roasted Garlic Aioli is ready
