Combine with yogurt, jams, caramel sauce, granola, nuts, or just about anything, really for a quick and delicious dessert. If the plums are not too ripe, add a little honey before baking.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C
Half, deseed, and quarter 2 plums
Transfer to a baking tray and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil
Grate cinnamon to taste over the plums. Rub them to coat well with the olive oil and cinnamon
Bake the plums for 5m until golden
Thinly slice 2 tsp of pickled sushi ginger and add to the plums. The roasted plums are ready
