Roasted Sucanat Coffee
Coffee roasted in a copper pot with sucanat sugar. A simple homemade roasting process that adds sugarcane flavor and smokiness to the beans. After this process, you can grind the coffee to the desired texture for your preferred flavor extraction method.
Place a large copper pot over medium-high heat and add <quantity>500<unit>g</unit></quantity> of green coffee beans
Stir the coffee for 12m until the beans are light golden brown
Add <quantity>25<unit>g</unit></quantity> of sucanat sugar and roast for 8m, stirring constantly, until the beans are deep caramelized brown and shiny. The roasted sucanat coffee is ready
