Add the petals and sepals of <quantity>15<unit>g</unit></quantity> fresh roses
Add <quantity>5</quantity> citrus leaves
Leave it to dry under sunlight or in a dehydrator for 2h30m. In the meantime, follow the next steps
Remove the pulp of <quantity>½</quantity> lime and reserve the peels
Add <quantity>60<unit>g</unit></quantity> of salt and <quantity>4<unit>g</unit></quantity> of capers
Add the lime peels and <quantity>10<unit>g</unit></quantity> of fresh black peppercorn
Leave it to dry under sunlight or in a dehydrator for 2h30m
