Saline Solution
A nice way to add salty depth of flavor to a cocktail.
Add <quantity>8<unit>fl oz</unit></quantity> of water to a saucepan over medium heat and bring it to a boil
Add <quantity>2<unit>oz</unit></quantity> of salt and whisk until dissolved
Remove from the heat and let it cool. Transfer to a bottle with a lid. The saline solution is ready
