A great accompaniment for Sunday lunches. Easy, tasty and simple, it goes well with grilled and roasted dishes.
Ingredients
Collard Greens
4 leavesButter
1tbspExtra Virgin Olive Oil
to tasteGarlic
5 clovesSalt
to taste
Sauteed Collard Greens

Mince 5 peeled garlic cloves
Remove the stems from 4 leaves of collard greens and cut them in half
Roll and finely chop the leaves
Drizzle extra virgin olive oil to taste to a skillet over medium heat
Add 1tbsp of butter and stir until it melts
Sautรฉ the garlic until lightly golden and fragant
Add the chopped collard greens
Sautรฉ for 1m until wilted. Add salt to taste
Remove from the heat. The sautรฉed collard greens are ready
