Sauteed Collard Greens
A great accompaniment for Sunday lunches. Easy, tasty and simple, it goes well with grilled and roasted dishes.
Mince <quantity>5</quantity> peeled garlic cloves
Remove the stems from <quantity>4<unit>leaves</unit></quantity> of collard greens and cut them in half
Roll and finely chop the leaves
Drizzle extra virgin olive oil to taste to a skillet over medium heat
Add <quantity>1<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of butter and stir until it melts
Sauté the garlic until lightly golden and fragant
Add the chopped collard greens
Sauté for 1m until wilted. Add salt to taste
Remove from the heat. The sautéed collard greens are ready
