Sautéed Potatoes

These crispy and tender potatoes are the perfect accompaniment to almost every dish, especially braised meat or mushrooms!

Sautéed Potatoes

Add 8 small potatoes to a pan and cover them with cold water. Transfer to high heat, add salt to taste, and boil them for 10m until fork tender
Melt 1½tbsp of butter on a pan over medium heat
Drain the potatoes and cut them in half. Add them to the pan, cut side down
Add salt to taste and stir-fry both sides of the potatoes until golden brown. Move the pan through the whole cooking process so the butter is evenly heated and doesn't burn. The sautéed potatoes are ready
