Sautéed Potatoes with Herbs

Halve <quantity>15</quantity> small waxy potatoes and place them in a bowl
Crush <quantity>4</quantity> garlic cloves
Add <quantity>1<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of olive oil and <quantity>1<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of butter to a skillet over medium heat
