Simple Syrup
This is the most classic Simple Syrup recipe.
Add <quantity>1<unit>kg</unit></quantity> of sugar to a pan on low heat
Add <quantity>600<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of water immediately. Stir until the sugar is dissolved
Blend the mixture, while still hot, on low speed for 2m to avoid crystallization
Transfer to a bottle. The simple syrup is ready
Enjoy it cold in a cocktail or non-alcoholic beverage
