Burn the tip of <quantity>1</quantity> cinnamon stick until it begins to smoke, put the ember down and place the stick inside a glass. Cover the glass with a napkin
Add <quantity>50<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of cachaca, <quantity>15<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of red vermouth and <quantity>15<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of cynar to a mixing glass
Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes
Remove the cinnamon stick from the glass and add <quantity>1</quantity> clear ice. Place the napkin back on top
Stir the cocktail for 20s until thoroughly chilled and slightly diluted. Strain it into the glass. The smoked rabo de galo is ready
