Solstice Spritz
This is a truly refreshing cocktail to enjoy on a warm day or evening! Try pairing it with grilled seafood, light salads and appetizers.
Slice <quantity>200<unit>g</unit></quantity> of strawberries
Put the strawberries in a container and add <quantity>750<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of bianco vermouth
Refrigerate for 12h until infused
Strain the vermouth
Pour in a bottle. The strawberry bianco vermouth is ready
Add <quantity>¾<unit>fl oz</unit></quantity> of london dry gin to a large glass of wine
Add <quantity>¾<unit>fl oz</unit></quantity> of the strawberry bianco vermouth
Add <quantity>½<unit>fl oz</unit></quantity> of Italicus
Add <quantity>2<unit>dashes</unit></quantity> of Peychaud's bitters
Fill the glass with ice cubes and add a few leaves of lemon verbena
Add <quantity>1<unit>fl oz</unit></quantity> of soda
Add <quantity>2<unit>fl oz</unit></quantity> of prosecco and stir
Garnish with a strawberry and a straw. The solstice spritz is ready
