The Cho Ganjang (soy vinaigrette) is a simple and versatile dipping sauce to have around. It can be kept indefinitely in the refrigerator and it is an amazing sauce to be served with pancakes, dumplings, and grilled vegetables.
Thinly slice 1 scallion and place it in a bowl
Add 1 cup of soy sauce and 6 tbsp of rice vinegar
Add ½ cup of water, 1 tsp of ground gochugaru pepper and 1 tsp of sesame oil
Add 1 tbsp of sugar and 1 tsp of white sesame seeds
Whisk until thoroughly combined. The soy vinaigrette is ready
Enjoy it with pancakes or dumplings!
