This surprisingly easy recipe is full of flavors and can be used in salads or steak tartare! If the egg rests in the fridge for at least 12 hours and is dried on a paper towel, it can be grated.

  • Separate 1 egg yolk from the white. Carefully put the yolk in a bowl with ½ cup of soy sauce
