Spent Coffee Infused Vermouth
by
Mika Koivula
Spent Coffee Infused Vermouth is a vermouth that has been infused with used coffee grounds!
If you drink coffee at home, you might not use those spent grounds, and using them in cooking or cocktails is a great way to repurpose them. It also adds a unique coffee twist to the traditional botanical flavors of the vermouth.
With this recipe, you can use those and add the flavors from coffee, nuts, and chocolate to your cocktails!
