Spent Coffee Manhattan
by
Mika Koivula
Manhattan is one of my favorite cocktails and, as a Finn, I’m also a huge coffee drinker!
As I’m passionate about zero waste, I decided to combine these two and use some spent coffee grounds to flavor my Manhattan! I always try to figure out how to lower our waste at bars, at restaurants, and at home.
If you want to enjoy a classic Manhattan with slight notes of coffee, nuts, and chocolate, try this one!
