For those who enjoy slow manual brewing, this one's for you! This spice-mixed drink is warm and cozy. Dial in your extraction time correctly using pour over and you’re good to go!

  • Place a coffee filter on the coffee dripper and rinse it with some boiling water

  • Add 20 g of medium roast ground coffee and a mix of 2 green cardamom pods, 1 cinnamon stick, 2 cloves and 2 star anise to the filter

  • Pour the boiling water slowly using circular motions

  • Burn the picked leaves from 1 sprig of rosemary on a heat-proof surface. Cover it with your coffee glass, trapping the smoke

  • Pour the coffee into the glass. The spiced coffee is ready
