Spiced and roasted beef tenderloin, thinly sliced to start your next dinner party! It is delicious as a starter, with good bread or focaccia.

  • Add 1 tbsp of coriander seeds to a mortar and pestle

  • Add 1 tbsp of curry powder

  • Add 1 tsp of smoked paprika

  • Coarsely grind spices

  • Add salt to taste

  • Finely grind spice mix

  • Season 200 g of beef tenderloin with spice mix

  • Wrap spiced file mignon in cling film. Refrigerate 30m to infuse spices
