Squid Cleaning
Remove the spines and the beak before cooking the squid. After it's cleaned, the squid is ready to be roasted, fried, or grilled!
Dry <quantity>3</quantity> medium squids
Hold the body and pull out the head
Remove the head and innards from the tentacles
Remove the beak and reserve tentacles
Pull out the spine. Check if there are any remaining fragments
Make an incision at the end of the tail
Remove the rest of the spine from the tail. The squid is clean
