Place 1 cup of soaked and drained white rice and 2 cups of strawberries in a blender
Add 1 cup of sugar and ½tsp of vanilla extract
Add 8 cups of water
Blend until smooth
Strain through a fine mesh sieve
Fill a cup with ice and pour the horchata in it. The strawberry horchata is ready
