Strudel Dough
This is a classic hand-stretched Strudel Dough. A base for any kind of strudel, both sweet and savory. Apple strudel, cottage cheese strudel, vegetable strudel…
Place <quantity>250<unit>g</unit></quantity> of all-purpose flour and <quantity>125<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of lukewarm water in a large bowl
Add a pinch of salt and <quantity>1<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of vegetable oil
Start to mix inside the bowl. Transfer to a clean work-surface and knead until you obtain a smooth dough
Brush a bowl with vegetable oil. Place the dough in the bowl and brush it with the oil
Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and let it rest for at least 30m to relax. The strudel dough is ready
Stretch it out and fill it with whatever you want!
