This gooey chocolate cake with a fudgy center and crackly top resembles a chocolate mud cake or a sticky brownie. It’s great served with some whipped cream and fresh berries. Super easy to make and it's perfect to have in the freezer if you get unexpected guests.
Preheat the oven to <temperature>175<unit>°C</unit></temperature>
Melt <quantity>200<unit>g</unit></quantity> of butter in a pan over medium heat
Add <quantity>510<unit>g</unit></quantity> of sugar and <quantity>50<unit>g</unit></quantity> of cocoa powder to a bowl
Add <quantity>156<unit>g</unit></quantity> of all-purpose flour and <quantity>1<unit>tsp</unit></quantity> of flaky salt
Add <quantity>1<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of vanilla sugar and <quantity>4</quantity> eggs
Start mixing and add the melted butter. Stir until homogeneous
Evenly spread the batter in a greased baking pan
Bake the cake for 40m until cooked through
Let it cool down for 10m before cutting a slice
Serve with whipped cream and sprinkle powdered sugar to taste
