A sour cocktail made with gin, strawberries, and dry sake.
The dry sake is used here to pay homage to Japanese influence in Brazil, country that has the largest Japanese community in the world outside of Japan.

Trim and cut 4 strawberries in half. Add them to a cocktail shaker
Add 15ml of agave syrup
Add 30ml of lime juice and pound the strawberries
Add 60ml of gin
Fill the cocktail shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled
Add 30ml of dry sake to a chilled coupe glass
Strain the mixture into the glass
Cut and express 1 slice of lemon peel over the glass. Add it to the cocktail
The taka kara nu xao is ready. Enjoy!
