It's a beloved appetizer or snack in Scandinavia, and is often served at various celebrations and gatherings. Combine <quantity>1<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of mayonnaise and <quantity>1<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of crème fraîche in a bowl
Add grated horseradish to taste
