This is Chef Sasu's version of a classic Toast Skagen! Also known as Skagenröra, this is a classic Swedish dish that is popular in Scandinavian cuisine.

The name "Skagen" comes from Skagen, a town in Denmark, but the dish is more closely associated with Swedish cuisine. It's a beloved appetizer or snack in Scandinavia, and is often served at various celebrations and gatherings.

The combination of fresh shrimp, creamy mayonnaise, and the herbal notes of dill make Toast Skagen a delightful and flavorful treat.

  • Combine 1 tbsp of mayonnaise and 1 tbsp of crème fraîche in a bowl
