A very versatile recipe, this Tomato Powder can be used as a finishing touch or decoration to dishes. I recommend using a low temperature electric oven or a food dehydrator.
Cut 1Kg of ripe tomatoes into quarters lengthwise and remove the cores
Bake at 60°C for 12h until they are dry
Grind the dried tomatoes in a spice grinder
The tomato powder is ready
Use it as a final touch for your dishes!
