Vegan Chocolate Ganache
A delicious and creamy vegan chocolate ganache made with coconut milk! Perfect for filling cakes and pastries, or anything else you can think of.
Add <quantity>400<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of coconut milk to a saucepan over low heat and bring it to a boil
Break <quantity>200<unit>g</unit></quantity> of vegan chocolate into pieces and place it on a bowl
Pour the hot coconut milk over the chocolate and mix until the chocolate is completely melted
Add <quantity>2<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of rum and whisk until homogeneous
Cover with cling film and place in the refrigerator to set. The vegan chocolate ganache is ready
