Vegan Herb Butter
Seasoned vegan butter. Similar to the classic one but without dairy.
Place <quantity>250<unit>g</unit></quantity> of vegan butter in a bowl
Mash with a fork until creamy
Finely chop <quantity>10<unit>g</unit></quantity> of chives and add to the bowl
Finely chop <quantity>10<unit>g</unit></quantity> of parsley and add to the bowl
Add the zest of <quantity>2</quantity> limes and <quantity>2</quantity> lemons to the bowl
Add <quantity>2<unit>g</unit></quantity> of garlic powder and salt to taste. Mix until well combined
Place a piece of cling film on the countertop and put the vegan butter in the center
Roll it as tight as possible, grab the extremes and continue rolling until it is tight and the extremes are twisted like a candy
Refrigerate for at least 2h
The vegan herb butter is ready
