Add 1g of malic acid and 10g salt to a bowl and mix to combine
Spray the rim of an old fashioned glass with tequila and sprinkle it with the salt and malic acid mix
Add 35ml of blanco tequila and 30ml of white verjus to the glass
Add 15ml of yuzu sake
Add 20ml of triple sec
Add 5ml of simple syrup and stir
Fill the glass with ice cubes. The Verjus Margarita is ready
