Violet Flowers Sugar

Here are some suggestions if you cannot find violet flowers: forsythia, lilac, wild rose, or marigold.
My inspiration behind this dish is nature. I wanna save some spring memories into spices and sugars, with lots of flavor and aroma. And then, I will use it for desserts and little decoration for drinks or wild soda.
Add 2 tbsp of fresh violet flowers and 1 tbsp of sugar in a mortar
Start pounding. If the sugar gets too wet, add a little more
Put the finished sugar into a container and dry it for 1d
