Whipped Yogurt
This is a lighter and more acidic version of whipped cream, which balances out the heavier sweets and adds a bit of tanginess. You can replace the yogurt with Greek yogurt.
Add <quantity>500<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of heavy cream to a stand mixer bowl
Sift <quantity>45<unit>g</unit></quantity> of powdered sugar over it
Whip with the whisk attachment until it forms medium peaks
Reserve the whipped cream in a clean bowl
Add <quantity>150<unit>g</unit></quantity> of yogurt to the stand mixer bowl
Whip it for 1-2m
Fold the whipped cream into the yogurt mixture until it is completely incorporated. The whipped yogurt is ready
