Yuzu Vinaigrette
Yuzu is a native fruit from East Asia with a flavor that is tart, acidic, and slightly floral. This vinaigrette is an excellent dressing to accompany your salads or seafood!
Add <quantity>7<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of vegetable oil to a tall container
Add <quantity>3<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of yuzu juice
Add <quantity>1<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> white sugar
Add salt to taste
Blend all the ingredients with a hand blender until the sugar is dissolved. The yuzu vinaigrette is ready
