Yuzu is a native fruit from East Asia with a flavor that is tart, acidic, and slightly floral. This vinaigrette is an excellent dressing to accompany your salads or seafood!

  • Add 7tbsp of vegetable oil to a tall container

  • Add 3tbsp of yuzu juice

  • Add 1tbsp white sugar

  • Add salt to taste

  • Blend all the ingredients with a hand blender until the sugar is dissolved. The yuzu vinaigrette is ready

  • Enjoy it with salads and seafood!
