A sour-style cocktail that combines the powerful flavors of Cognac, ginger, and passion fruit to find balance and softness in those contrasts.
You can replace the spirits' brands, but note that you may need to adjust the ginger syrup and lemon juice quantities depending on the substitution.

Crack 1 egg and place the white into a cocktail shaker
Add 0.75fl oz of lemon juice and 0.50fl oz of coconut water
Add 0.50fl oz of passion fruit liqueur and 0.25fl oz of ginger liqueur
Add 0.25fl oz of ginger syrup and 1.5fl oz of Cognac
Shake vigorously for 15s to aerate the egg white
Add ⅓cup of ice cubes and shake for 30s until cold
Double strain with a cocktail strainer and a sieve into your favorite drinking glass
Grate a small amount of Madagascar green peppercorns over one end of the cocktail. The Total Opposition is ready
