Mint Labneh

Curd, or Labneh, is made by straining yogurt to remove the whey, which gives it a thick and creamy texture that's similar to cream cheese. Labneh makes such a delicious dip! You can add herbs and spices to make it even more flavorful, and it's perfect as a spread on bread or as a dip for vegetables and crackers.

Chop ½bunch of mint
Place 2 cups of labneh into a bowl
Add the chopped mint and season with salt to taste
Whisk on medium-low speed, adding ¼cup of extra virgin olive oil in a continuous string until completely combined. The mint labneh is ready
Serve, drizzle some extra virgin olive oil and garnish with mint. Enjoy!
