Delectable flavors of plum, chili, matcha and coconut combined in this super delicious dessert cocktail!
This is a savoury dessert cocktail. I think every cocktail menu should have a drink in this style for those moments when you want to indulge in a more fulfilling post dinner cocktail.

10mlMatcha Powder

1Rock Ice
1Lemon
½Ice Cube
2 cupsSparkling Water

60mlHeavy Cream
100mlCoconut Milk
100mlCrème de Cacao
10mlMatcha Powder
1½tspEgg
1Rock Ice
1Lemon
½Ice Cube
2 cupsSparkling Water
To taste

Ice Strainer

Plum Fizz

Add 100ml of heavy cream into a glass
Add 100ml of coconut milk
Stir to combine
Add 60ml of The Plum, I Suppose in a glass
Add 10ml of crème de cacao
Trim, cut and squeeze ½ lemon to obtain 20ml of juice. Add to glass
Add 30ml of the coconut milk and heavy cream mixture
Add 1½tsp of matcha powder
Stir to combine
Add 1 egg white
Add 1½cups of ice cubes
Shake vigorously to emulsify and froth egg white
Add 1 rock ice in a highball glass
Strain cocktail into the glass
Finish cocktail with 30ml of sparkling water
