This is a spin on a rosita cocktail with a lift from the strawberry syrup.
Inspired by the classic rosita cocktail. One of my classic drinks, with a little bit of a punch.

Add 200g of strawberries to a blender
Add 300ml of water
Add 500g of sugar
Blend for 10 seconds on medium-high speed
Strain the liquid
Pour in a bottle. The strawberry syrup is ready
Measure 200g of water with a microscale
Add 6g of citric acid
Add 4g of malic acid
Stir until dissolved. The citric acid solution is ready
Add 30ml of mezcal to a mixing cup
Add 30ml of Bianco Vermouth
Add ½fl oz of Campari
Add ½fl oz of the strawberry syrup
Add 1tsp of the citric acid solution
Fill the mixing cup with ice and stir
Pour the drink into a serving glass, straining the ice. Add ice to fill the glass. Express a lemon peel over the drink to release the oils
The quiet riot is ready. Enjoy this delicious cocktail!
