Burrata & Strawberry Salsa is the perfect appetizer for whenever you're craving something fresh!
It can be paired with crunchy bread or a salad, and with various cocktails such as mojito and sangria, or just a lemonade.

Burrata & Strawberry Salsa

Toast ½cup of mixed nuts on a skillet over medium heat. Transfer them to a cutting board
Roughly chop the nuts
Quarter ½cup of cherry tomatoes
Trim and small dice ½cup of strawberries
Transfer the strawberries and tomatoes to a bowl, and add he leaves out of 1 small bunch of basil
Add flaky salt to taste
Add 2tbsp of extra virgin olive oil. Mix it, using the spoon to gently mash the ingredients to release some of their juices
Add black pepper to taste and mix it. The strawberry & tomato salsa is ready
Arrange the nuts in the center of a serving plate and place 1 burrata on top of it
Pour the Strawberry & Tomato Salsa over the burrata, letting it fall down the sides. Place a portion of the salsa right on top of the cheese
Add black pepper and flaky salt to taste, and garnish with fresh basil. The burrata & strawberry salsa is ready
